Upgradable Packages list in SDC has no visible indicators of package architectures

Description of problem:
If a user with an x86_64 box registered to a Satellite visits the Upgradable Packages page in its respective SDC, located here:
there will be no visible indicators as to the architecture of the packages available to install.

530, 6/25 build
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register an x86_64 box to a Satellite
2. Visit its SDC
No architectures listed for upgradable packages

The package arch should now be displayed in the Latest and Installed Package columns, if it is available.
Verified in the 2009.07.09 build
