Description of Problem:

When doing rpm -qf /usr/bin/* I found that rpm hangs on some programs. For
example "rpm -qf tic" makes it hang. strace says it's getting timeout from
select().
How Reproducible:

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qf /usr/bin/tic
2. 
3. 

Actual Results:

Hang

Expected Results:

package containing /usr/bin/tic

And of course, if I had done my homework I would have known that this was fixed
by removing /var/lib/rpm/__db*

Fixed it for me.

FWIW, this should be fixed for everyone now, in rpm-4.0.3-0.87
and later. Homework is a PITA :-)
