Tim, of all the problems I've ever had with printing and CUPS, this is the most persistent.  These jobs (those with this error) either never print a single page, or worse, print partially then start over and over and over until I notice or the printer runs out of paper.  It appears in the error log like it hits 100% then errors, then starts sending again.
