Description of Problem:

There's an image missing in the docs for fifteen

How Reproducible:

every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start fifteen_applet
2. open help for it
3. warning for missing file is printed to console, or .xsession-errors

Actual Results:

Missing a file in the docs

Expected Results:

Help containing all images.

This defect is considered SHOULD-FIX for Fairfax.

this is nto exactly the problem - only a problem in that the gnome help browser
is being used incorrectly. will fix as another bug entry
