scim-qtimm-0.9.4-12.fc11 is listed under Group "System/Libraries"
which should be "System Environment/Libraries" as per
/usr/share/doc/rpm-4.7.0/GROUPS under Fedora 11.

Fixed in cvs in devel branch.

If this problem is breaking something let us know.

Closing it then as FIXED - NEXTRELEASE. With the upcoming mass rebuild for F12 it will be picked up automatically.
