Dial-up modem set-up failure F11

I tried to set-up a dial-up modem in the usual way in F11 (i686), but was asked to install wvdial and libwvstreams first, unlike previous Fedora distributions. I stalled wvdial and libwvstreams, but when I tried to set-up the modem, the enclosed report was generated. I also appended the excerpt from the system log at the time. There appear to be no updates for wvdial and libwvstreams, so I guess the bug must be elsewhere. The system has all updates to the 19th July 2009.

I'm fixing this by letting the user know that kudzu package is required when adding new modem.
