Description of problem: etherbat-1.0.1-5.fc11 failed with libnet-devel-1.1.3-1.fc11 as libnet-devel now do not provide libnet.a static library.

Thanks, this knocks out one of my rawhide rebuild FTBFS. Commited to rawhide and F-11, builds have been launched, and are adrift in the sea of koji. . . hope it works, my local mock dies due to xz. . .
