Description of problem:When previewing emails, on the right side at the top of the pane window when viewing the emails in a folder, the fonts and/or spacing between emails seem bigger than previous versions. Oh, I see, , you meant the gaps between each row of the message list is bigger, thus you see less lines there, right? I didn't realize for the first reading of your mail, I'm sorry. That's intentional, to be more close to a GtkTreeView. Let me find the bug report about it here already.
It was a bug fix for: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=565780 The font size is unchanged. The veritical spacing around text has changed. An issue was subsequently raised that Evolution's ETable widget does not honor GtkTreeView's "veritical-separator" style property [1], which would ensure the row heights are consistent with themes that change the default. While valid, ETable has never honored that style property, but I guess it's a bit higher priority now. In any case, closing this as NOTABUG since the change was intentional.
