Description of problem:
A VLAN network can be created in the Network tab and it can be used in an interface of a VM but cannot be assigned to an interface of a node.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a Network of type "VLAN" in the Network Tab
2.On a node of an hardware pool, edit an interface
Actual results:
it's impossible to select the Network created (not in the list)

Expected results:
Being able to select it
