Description of problem:
arguments --noui --help is not working

system-config-display-1.1.3-3.fc12.noarch

How reproducible:
start system-config-display with  --noui or --help arguments

Steps to Reproduce:
1. system-config-display --noui
2. system-config-display --help

problem resolved after package (pyxf86config) update
