Description of problem:

SaveToBugzilla shows an extra character in the URL for a bug filed.  For example:

http://bugzilla.redhat.com//517513


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

 * anaconda-12.14

How reproducible:

 * Just tried once

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install with updates=http://jlaska.fedoraproject.org/traceback2.img
2. Select Save to bugzilla
  
Actual results:

 * See attached screenshot

Expected results:

 * There are 2 '/' characters in the URL, perhaps just a single
