Description of problem:
A line in the halt script needs to be moved 2 lines down.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. press ctrl-alt-del
2. watch for error messages right before reboot
	

Actual Results:  Something like: halt_get_remaining isn't an existing
command :)

Expected Results:  No such message

fixed in 6.12-1 and later.
