Description of problem:
Tab key in python shell is not mapped to auto-complete in fedora.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type python in shell to start the python shell.
2. Press tab.

  
Actual results:
The cursor moves a 4 (or 2 or 8) spaces.


Expected results:
Display all xyz possibilities? (y or n)



Additional info:
It exists by default in Mandriva and Suse.

use ipython.
