Description of problem:
When installing IPA server, getting the following message:

Missing Certificate Authority file.
You should place a copy of the CA certificate in /usr/share/ipa/html/ca.cert.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ipa-server-2.0-2.20090826.el5ipa

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install supported bind and caching-nameserver rpms
2. yum -y install ipa-server ipa-client bind-dyndb-ldap
  
Actual results:
Missing Certification Authority file.
You should place a copy of the CA certificate in /usr/share/ipa/html/ca.crt

Expected results:
No messages and CA certificate to be automatically placed in /usr/share/ipa/html/
