Description of problem:

This is a followup to bug 229661. While the buttons are indeed HTML buttons and images, they do not seem to be localized in French nor German.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Satellite-5.3.0-RHEL5-re20090724.0

How reproducible:

Deterministic.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to WebUI.
2. Look at the page.
3. Observe that there are buttons Search, MANAGE, and CLEAR there.
4. Go to Locale Preferences, switch to French or German.
  
Actual results:

Buttons Search, MANAGE, and CLEAR are still there.

Expected results:

Suchen, Verwalten, and Saubermachen or something. ;-)

In Satellite 5.4.1, the buttons say Verwalten and Löschen .
