Description of problem:
After updating to a recent version of plymouth, only progress bar boot animation is available although theme "charge" is set as kernel parameter. During the boot procedure, the following message appears:

  "dracut Warning: Theme charge not found!"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
plymouth-theme-charge-0.7.1-3.fc12.i686

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update system to current "rawhide".
  
Actual results:
Only progress bar boot animation.

Expected results:
Charge theme is used for boot animation.

- The content of package plymouth-theme-charge reads
    /usr/share/plymouth/themes/charge
    /usr/share/plymouth/themes/charge/box.png
    /usr/share/plymouth/themes/charge/bullet.png
    /usr/share/plymouth/themes/charge/charge.plymouth
    /usr/share/plymouth/themes/charge/entry.png
    /usr/share/plymouth/themes/charge/lock.png
- There is no corresponding file in /usr/lib/plymouth where only files
    details.so label.so text.so two-step.so
  are present.
