Description of problem: gnome-pilot "restore" does nothing. Following the procedure of hard resetting the palm and then synching triggers a restore but that hangs. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gnome-pilot-conduits-2.0.17-2.fc11.i586 pilot-link-0.12.3-20.fc11.i586 pilot-link-devel-0.12.3-20.fc11.i586 gnome-pilot-2.0.17-3.fc11.i586 gnome-pilot-devel-2.0.17-3.fc11.i586 How reproducible: Hotsync your Palm immediately after doing a hard reset. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Backup your Palm 2. Hard reset the Palm 3. Hotsync your Palm Actual results: Restore hangs on the "User Identification" step and eventually times out. Expected results: Restore completes with old info back on the palm. Additional info: Per the message thread on the gnome-pilot list from July 2008, it *is* possible to get a restore by manually running pilot-restore -r <path to backup folder> -p usb:
