Description of problem:

A boot parameter 'mpath' is required when installing to a multipath device.  Not doing so leads to various problems during an installation to a multipath device, all leading to installation reboot failure or installation failure.

If this description ends up in any other document, the description of the boot parameter needs to be referenced in the install guide.
