This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 12 development cycle.
Changing version to '12'.

Comment 2 Fedora Admin XMLRPC Client 2010-05-13 11:51:58 UTC
This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component.

Comment 3 Petr Pisar 2010-05-13 13:43:03 UTC
I installed said cvs version. It did not complained about the problem. Current release cvs-1.11.23-8 does not suffer from this issue either. (I have no rsh package installed on my system of course.)
