Description of problem:
When I try to start apache, I get the following error message:

~ % sudo /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start                             (altair)

Starting httpd: Syntax error on line 270 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/libssl.so into 
server: /etc/httpd/modules/libssl.
so: undefined symbol: ENGINE_set_default
                                                           [FAILED]

[exit 1]

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get and install apache-1.3.20-13 and mod_ssl-2.8.4-9
2. as root, run /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start
	

Actual Results:  Starting httpd: Syntax error on line 270 
of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/libssl.so into 
server: /etc/httpd/modules/libssl.
so: undefined symbol: ENGINE_set_default
                                                           [FAILED]

Expected Results:  Apache should have started properly.

This was presumably a transient build problem.
