Description of problem:

  $ mdir
  Can't open /dev/fd0: Permission denied
  Cannot initialize 'A:'

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert diskette into floppy drive.
2. Run 'mdir' from a console.
Actual results:
Read permission is denied.

Expected results:
Read permission is granted.

Additional info:
Running 'mdir' as root allows to read from the diskette as expected.

Not a polkit bug - FYI udev handles ACLs and I'm pretty sure we don't want ACLs on /dev/fd0 for the same reasons we don't want ACLs on e.g. USB sticks (mounting/unmount/formatting etc is handled by the file manager / palimpsest). Closing as WONTFIX.
