Description of Problem:
Error creating swap on device sda6
Error mounting Sda5: Device not configured

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
7.0

How Reproducible:
SCSI card Adaptec 19160 and 8 GB Quantum SCSI hard drive

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install 7.0
2. Partition disk using Druid
3. When formatting hd then get these errors

Actual Results:
See description of problem

Expected Results:
Operating System to load

Can you press <Ctrl><Alt><F3> and <Ctrl><Alt><F4> when the installer crashes and
see if there are any interesting error messages?  It looks like you are seeing
an issue similar to bug #47904.
