Description of Problem:
The 'cd /home/donottouch/web && /usr/bin/cvs up -d' which cron runs is
erroring out with the message:
"cvs [update aborted]: cannot open .new.index.htm: Permission denied"

Looks like permissions got messed up there. Works now.
