Description of problem:
It is not possible to enable a software site.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start eclipse
2. go to Window -> Preferences -> Install/Update -> Available Software Sites
3. select a site
4. click the enable button
  
Actual results:
nothing happens

Expected results:
the status should be changed from disbaled to enabled

Which eclipse version?
Can you test with http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=136538 if you're using older version?

Please verify that the bug is still there with version 3.5.1.

3.5.1 fixed the problem
