There is

BuildRoot: %{_tmppath}/%{name}/python-root

in the spec file. Shouldn't that be

BuildRoot: %{_tmppath}/%{name}-root

It's currently %{_tmppath}/%{name}-%{version}-root (2.2.1-15)
