Description of problem: early r600 DRI available: install the mesa-dri-drivers-experimental package.

The Fedora Release Notes highlight significant changes to Fedora.  Of the thousands of changes, this one applies to quite a tiny community.  Indeed, the upstream seems to recommend against installing it.  However, the change is noted in 8.9.3, tho not explained.
