There are several thousand changes in Fedora 12. The release notes only highlight significant changes. Each of these changes is "significant" to the author. The changes to NetBeans 6.7, while they may be meaningful to the NetBeans hardcore, they are fairly arcane to they typical developer. The update is, however, noted in 8.4 "Development Libraries".
