Cannot execute the rpm files installation.

1.rpm Uvh name.i386.rpm
2.Cannot install name.i386.rpm
Actual Results: Aborted installation

Hmmm, I downloaded
and it installed fine for me. That's about all I can do from
an rpm point of view.
However, after reading the release notes and the warning at
the above URL, I think you might want to look at
as installing a driver for a winmodem is gonna be non-trivial.
