Description of problem: during yum install constantine-backgrounds-extras-kde, constantine-backgrounds-extras are not installed as requires. This leads to installed only *-kde package which contains only symlinks pointing to nowhere. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): constantine-backgrounds-extras-kde-12.1.0-1.fc12. How reproducible: allways Steps to Reproduce: 1.yum install constantine-backgrounds-extras-kde 2. 3. Actual results: constantine-backgrounds-extras-kde is installed, but constantine-backgrounds-extras is not. constantine-backgrounds-extras-kde is useless Expected results: constantine-backgrounds-extras installed as dependency Additional info: the same problem most probably exists with constantine-backgrounds-kde and constantine-backgrounds, I did not check this one
Rex, any hidden intentions as there's ##FIXME/TODO comment in SPEC file or just adding "Requires: %{name}-extras = %{version}-%{release}" should be enough?
Adding the Requires is the way to go, yeah. Ouch, my bad for missing that.
