OK, I see nvidia proprietary binary-only driver. I can totally understand reasons why anybody would need to use that, but we have long series of issues where it introduced incompatible changes to the core of Xorg. Could you please try to reproduce this bug with the latest version of nouveau driver, please? (I am afraid you have to uninstall nvidia driver package and hope that the Xorg will be restored to the original state; rpm -Va xorg\* mesa\* could help to check that things are OK). If it fails again, could we get the same logs from the attempt with nouveau driver as well, please? Thank you very much

You will probably need to yum reinstall mesa-libGLU xorg-x11-server-Xorg (that's just for files you shown me, if there any other problems with rpm -Va, you can find the package you need to reinstall by rpm -qf <full-path-to-the-file>).
