Description of problem: Please add Maven depmap fragments to the spec file as specified here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Java#maven This makes it possible for other packages that use Maven to build against the jakarta-commons-fileupload library. The appropriate call to %add_to_maven_depmap is probably: %add_to_maven_depmap commons-fileupload commons-fileupload %{version} JPP commons-fileupload Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): jakarta-commons-fileupload-1.0-9.3.fc12.x86_64
I'd like to add the necessary Maven metadata myself, using provenpackager access. If you don't want me to do this, please let me know before Saturday 5 December.
Please go ahead and add the maven depmap fragment.
Would it be okay to also update to the newest upstream version (bug 543446)? The current version is really pretty old ...
