Description of problem:
rpm -V mesa-libGL
prelink: /usr/lib/libGL.so.1.2.#prelink#.1HibCL Could not trace symbol
resolving
S.?.....    /usr/lib/libGL.so.1.2

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.configure selinux to be in enforcing mode
2.rpm -V mesa-libGL
3.
  
Actual results:
prelink: /usr/lib/libGL.so.1.2.#prelink#.1HibCL Could not trace symbol
resolving
S.?.....    /usr/lib/libGL.so.1.2

Expected results:
No prelink error

The problem most likely is
libGL.s0.1.2 is mislabeled.  It should be labeled textrel_shlib_t.
