wrong russian interface charset

Steps to Reproduce:
1. export LC_ALL=ru_RU.UTF-8
2. export LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8
3. grip
  
Actual results:
interface is not applicable (wrong charset)

Expected results:
correct charset

Additional info:
File "ru.po" is in koi8-r charset. Grip convert koi8-r to utf-8 on fly.
Maybe it is because header of ru.mo contain right encoding information.

So, it is neccessary to exclude ru.po from recoding into utf-8.
