Description of Problem:
The following links in kontrol panel are redundant, or are not applicable to
s/390 arch.
hwbrowser -- N/A (bug# 54893)
lilo -- N/A (bug# 54210)
/usr/bin/kcmshell System/clock -- redundant (dateconfig)
