Looks like another dropbox client fallout - can you please try removing it and try to reproduce the issue?
problem is unaffected by removal of Dropbox: yum erase nautilus-dropbox reboot problem can be recreated.
This seems to be an issue with DND (in nautilus or more general) on multi-screen setups. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 539518 ***
