Description of Problem:
IPCHAINS-HOWTO references other HOWTOs that do not exist on the 7.1 system

That is, I have been accused of not reading the documantation for
ipcahains. However I read the IPCHAINS-HOWTO and it refers me to
additional HOWTOs, namely:

This is the Linux IPCHAINS-HOWTO; see Where? for the master site,
which contains the latest copy. You should read the
Linux NET-3-HOWTO as well. The IP-Masquerading HOWTO, the PPP-HOWTO, the
Ethernet-HOWTO and the Firewall HOWTO might make
interesting reading. (Then again, so might the alt.fan.bigfoot FAQ).

But, the IP-Masquerading, PPP, Firewall HOWTOs are not included with the
7.1 system.

So, when I am accused of not reading the proper documentation, where am I
supposed to get it if it is not included with the distribution?

That is, Mike Harris told me:

"The bottom line is that if you read the documentation, and the
HOWTO's, you will learn for yourself how to configure this stuff
rather than playing with conjecture."

Now how can I read the HOWTO's if they are not there?

These are the only HOWTOs on my system:

The LDP HOWTO's are indeed included with the Red Hat Linux
distribution. Bugzilla is not a technical support forum, so
please stop submitting false bug reports. Use the proper
technical support forums that have been recommended to you
via email by both myself and Trond.
