The spec says:
Source0:        ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/0.14/%{name}/%{name}-%{version}.tar.bz2

But is should be:
Source0:        ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/%{name}/0.14/%{name}-%{version}.tar.bz2

(i.e. change position of version part)
