rpmlint doesn't recognize license header "AGPLv3 with exceptions" but it is a valid license

The list of accepted license names is at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing, and "AGPLv3 with exceptions" is not listed there.

The list in rpmlint is synced every now and then with the one in Wiki.  If you think "AGPLv3 with exceptions" should be allowed, see http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing#Discussion_of_Licensing
