Hi, this is a bug in poppler. It only shows up when the image is downscaled and rotated (you can rotate the page to test it - Ctrl+Left). I committed a patch backported from upstream which fixes this. The build is in testing repository now (poppler-0.12.3-9.fc12 and poppler-0.12.3-9.fc13). Thank you for this report Marek
