The following line is incorrect:

until [ `grep "Socket .: empty" /var/run/stab|wc -l` = `grep "Socket"
/var/run/stab|wc -l` ]; do


Since pcmcia 3.1.16, status files go in /var/lib/pcmcia, not /var/run.
