Thanks for reporting this. Could you please provide following info:

- any apcupsd related messages from /var/log/messages (or whole file)
- attach your configuration files

also is this first time you are trying to get apcupsd working or you used the same configuration that you've used before when it was working?

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 14 development cycle.
Changing version to '14'.
