Description of problem:
The different virtio-win VFDs should have different version number. Currently, they all end up as 1.0.0.

This was fixed on Rel-Eng's side of things several weeks ago. The change only modifies the name of the VFD itself, it does not change the content of the binaries, so there shouldn't be any impact on WHQL/SVVP.

This bug should be brought up to speed since it is a visible change.

Mass-moving WHQL bugs over to ON_QA. QE should verify the new 2.2 virtio drivers are signed by Microsoft.

Verified in the latest 2.2 virtio driver virtio-win-1.0.0-13.45801.el5, virtio drivers have been signed by MS.
So, I will change the status to VERIFIED.
