Description of problem:
If I enter the bootloader configuration screen and add the 'nomodeset' kernel parameter, X fails to start and hangs.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 13 with all of the latest updates applied, Xorg Server 1.8.0-1

How reproducible:
Consistently

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add "nomodeset" to bootloader configuration
2. Boot
3.
  
Actual results:
X hangs, the system does not boot into the graphical login screen.

Expected results:
The system should boot successfully to the normal graphical login screen.

Additional info:

This is expected. Support for user mode setting was remove from the intel driver in version 2.10.0. Only KMS should work.

(I see the Intel Test Day wiki page still lists "Basic test (no KMS)" - I'll make sure it gets removed from there.)

I already thought that and I am always using KMS.
