Description of problem:

Attempt to build eclipse-jit-0.7.1 (latest checked in version) for F-13 results in a build error:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: /usr/lib/eclipse/dropins/sdk/plugins/org.eclipse.pde.build_3.5.1.R35x_20090820/scripts/${eclipse.pdebuild.scripts}/genericTargets.xml (No such file or directory)

The build works fine when run locally using mock.

sat4j 2.1.1 is in the buildroot to allow me to build Eclipse 3.5.2.  Eclipse 3.5.1 got pulled in, though.  When 3.5.2 hits the buildroot, this will be fixed.

eclipse-jgit is built in F-13.
