From freeipa-users:

Email for zone-manager in bind-setup should be asked/customizeable (root is IMHO not a good choice). Maybe this option/answer should also be used as „o=IPA,e=manager“ in base-subject for certificates, when –subject is not set by user.

I'm not sure if we want to prompt separately for the admin e-mail for configuring dogtag or use the same as the zone manager.
