I presume HP openview is a Motif application. This bug sounds
_very_ much like other bugs reported that Motif applications were
involved with concerning right mouse button clicks.

Bug #31846 and Bug #46645

Pleae attach your X server log and X config files as uncompressed
file attachments using the file attachment link below.

I just tried nedit (Bug #31846) and the right mouse button works fine.

On our Redhat 6.2 installations XFree 3.3.6 the right mouse butten is ok, too.

We believe this issue to be resolved in our currently shipping
OS releases. Please upgrade to Fedora Core 2 or later, and if this
issue turns out to still be reproduceable, please file a bug report
in the X.Org bugzilla located at http://bugs.freedesktop.org in the
