Description of problem: Updating glibc replaces /etc/rpc without emitting a warning or creating a backup
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum update glibc
/etc/rpc is overwritten
A warning and/or backing up /etc/rpc to, e.g., /etc/rpc.rpmsave
glibc-2.11.2-1 (f12) did not mark "/etc/rpc" as a %config file.
glibc-2.12-2 (f13) likewise did not.
