I just logged in, and the URLs started working properly. I then logged out again, and they all started failing. So it looks like the issue is indeed with viewing a specific bug when not logged in.
This seems to be fixed now in our latest code drop. Please reopen this if still happening for you. Dave
I see this "internal error" when I enter https://partner-bugzilla.redhat.com page.
