Description of problem:
The ncurses-devel package is built without its c++ support headers (see Bug
8784). It was supposed to have c++ support added for RedHat 7, but this seems to
have been forgotten.

Would it be possible to add the C++ support to ncurses?

Right, forgot about it. Added in 5.2-18
