Description of problem:
While running the /kernel/syscalls/scrashme/multiple test on a specific ia64 system, the system spontaneously reboots. I have been able to reproduce this issue. However, it is intermittent.

The system hostname is provided in comment#2.

How reproducible:
Reserve host in comment #2 with RHEL4u8 base, or noted Zstream kernel and test 
Actual results:
System spontaneously reboots.
This issue is intermittent.

Expected results:
This test should pass.

This issue was originally discovered while reviewing the RHEL4u8 Zstream kernel 2.6.9-89.0.26.EL kernelworkflow:

Attempting to reproduce issue-

[a] The system was installed with RHEL4u8 base and the kernel was upgraded to  kernel 2.6.9-89.0.26.EL, and the /kernel/syscalls/scrashme/multiple test was run on the system.
The system spontaneously rebooted:

[b] The system was installed with RHEL4u8 base and the /kernel/syscalls/scrashme/multiple test was run on the system.
The system spontaneously rebooted:

[c] I tested several other ia64 systems with kernel 2.6.9-89.0.26.EL and previous kernel versions trying to reproduce this issue. This issue is intermittent and was reproduced only on the host in comment#2.
